/ Explore the Opportunities

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow revenue in the assigned portfolio

    • Plan and execute the full cycle of sales, which includes but not limited to, conducting market researches, identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, develop sales plans, closing deals, etc.;

    • Leverage the extensive network of agency partnership and direct client connections to forge strategic partnerships with advertisers and media agencies.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, work closely with them to understand their needs and develop customized advertising solutions that meet their marketing objectives

    • Keep abreast of current market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

    • Collaborate with data, marketing, product and content teams to develop effective sales collateral and messaging, as well as quality social media marketing campaigns

    • Utilize CRM tools to track sales performance and provide insights for improvement

    Requirements:

    • Solid sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Talents of less experience with proven capability will also be considered.

    • Candidates with well-cultivated relationships with mid to senior-level advertisers and media agencies contacts will be a plus

    • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including content and social media marketing

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

    • Self-driven, ambitious, challenge-loving, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision; could assist to build the business from zero to one

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies

    • Experience in B2B Sales & Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage

    • Able to work under pressure and determined to achieve sales targets

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Client Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media content needs, particularly on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

    • Effectively communicate client requests and feedback to the internal creative team to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand voice.

    Content Management:

    • Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of social media content, ensuring it is engaging and relevant to the target audience.

    • Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and sales to develop creative content strategies and campaigns that resonate with our clients’ goals.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Review and edit social media content for clarity and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.

    • Ensure that all content is optimized for different platforms and aligns with the latest social media trends and best practices.

    Project Coordination:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and ensuring timely delivery of content.

    • Track progress and coordinate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the content creation process.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor performance metrics for social media content and provide insights for continuous improvement.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and updates to social media algorithms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

    • Proven experience in social media management or content editing, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, including their content strategies and audience engagement practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
